About the PHALLOSAN forte study
The clinical study to test the efficacy of PHALLOSAN forte was conducted in 2005 under the sponsorship of Prof. Dr. med. Sohn, Chief Physician of the Urology Clinic at Markuskrankenhaus [St. Mark’s Hospital] in Frankfurt.
Number of participants: 24 male test subjects between 20 and 68 years of age took part in the study.
Study course: The test subjects were to wear the PHALLOSAN forte stretching belt 6 days a week over a period of 6 months. The average wearing time was 6 hours and the maximum usage time was 10 hours.
Collection of data: The test subjects were examined at three points in time: at the beginning of the PHALLOSAN forte study, after three months, and at the end of the study after 6 months. The length of the penis in the non-erect and erect state and the circumference of the penis were measured. The data was collected by the supervising Senior Physician Dr. Hanikel.
Subject of research: The study is based on the hypothesis that PHALLOSAN forte can increase both the length and circumference of the penis. This hypothesis has been verified beyond any doubt. In addition to penis length and circumference, the erectile behavior, duration, hardness, time between intercourse and ejaculation, penile sensitivity, and sexual desire, i.e., libido, were examined as well.

The test subjects included those with a penis that was too small or felt too small, those who wanted a larger penis, those with IPP and those with diabetes. As expected, the physical characteristics of the test subjects varied. The minimum penis length (non-erect) at the start of the study was 1.89", while the participant with the largest member in the study group had a length of 4.25" (non-erect). On average, the subjects had a penis size of 3.11" at the start of the PHALLOSAN forte study (standard deviation 0.64").
The final results of the test subjects were as individual as the conditions at the beginning. However, they were all able to enjoy a significant increase in their penis girth and length. The respective success of the test subjects depended very much on the daily wearing time. Men who wore PHALLOSAN forte for longer had a comparatively larger increase. The most interesting results:

However, significant penis enlargement was not the only positive effect that the test subjects noticed at the end of the PHALLOSAN forte study. Here are some other interesting results:
- All test subjects confirmed that PHALLOSAN forte did not cause any pain even after many hours of wear.
- Many test subjects reported increased sensitivity on the penis (41.7%). However, this did not have a negative effect on the duration of sexual intercourse in any of the test subjects. 25% even stated that the time to ejaculation had increased. This shows that PHALLOSAN forte may even help you to avoid premature ejaculation.
- The erection quality also improved in many test subjects: 50% stated that they had a harder erection at the end of the PHALLOSAN forte study. The general erection behavior was considered to have improved by 54.2%.
- Patients who underwent prostate surgery reported that they stopped taking potency-enhancing medication after a few days. They did not experience any loss of erection quality.
- Diabetics also reported an increased feeling of pleasure and harder erections.
